How do I contact support?

I purchased a course, but I can’t find it. Where do I access my content?

Check the email you used at checkout for a confirmation message with your access details. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, email [email protected] and include the email address you used to purchase.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check spam/promotions and search your inbox for “Ken and Tabatha” or “Claytor.” If it’s still not there, email [email protected] with your name and the email address you used at checkout so we can help you quickly.

I’m having trouble logging in. How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page (https://courses.kenandtabatha.com/) to reset your password. If you don’t receive the reset email, check spam/promotions. If you’re still stuck, email [email protected] and we’ll help you regain access.

I entered the wrong email at checkout. Can you fix it?

Of course! Email [email protected] with your name, the email you meant to use, and any order details you have. We’ll update your access.

How do I know if my order went through?

If your order was successful, you should receive a confirmation email shortly after checkout. If you don’t see it, check spam/promotions. You can also email [email protected] and we’ll confirm your order status.

Do you offer refunds?

Courses: Because our courses are digital and include immediate access, all course sales are final.

Books: If you need to return a book, email [email protected]. Returns must be sent back in unused, undamaged condition. Once we receive the return, we’ll process the refund according to the return guidelines provided.

I ordered a physical book. When will it ship?

Our goal is to ship orders within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking updates based on your delivery location.

My book arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry that happened. Email [email protected] with a photo of the damage and your order details, and we’ll help you with next steps.

Can I change my shipping address after placing a book order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your name, order number, and the correct address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally, and shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Are your courses self-paced or live?

All of our courses are self-paced, so you can move through the material on your schedule.

How long do I have access to the course?

Course purchases include lifetime access unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Can I share my course access with someone else?

Course purchases are intended for the individual buyer unless the product specifically states a multi-user license. If you want to purchase for a group or church, email [email protected] for options.

I’m buying this as a gift. How does that work?

Email [email protected] and let us know what you’re gifting (book or course), the recipient’s name, and the email address you want the access sent to. We’ll help you get it set up.

Do you offer group rates for churches or organizations?

Yes, depending on the product. Email [email protected] with details (group size, course name, timeline), and we’ll follow up.

I took the Relationship Patterns Assessment. Where are my results?

Your results are sent to the email you enter at the end of the assessment. If you don’t see them, check spam/promotions and search your inbox for “Ken and Tabatha.” If you still can’t find it, email [email protected] and we’ll help.

How can I stay updated on new releases and resources?

Join our email list and follow us on social media for updates on new teachings, products, and resources.

Can you give me relationship advice for my specific situation?

We can’t provide one-on-one counseling through email or DMs. For teaching and practical guidance, we recommend starting with our free resources and podcast episodes, and then choosing the best next step for your season.

Do you offer premarital support?

Yes. Built to Last is our premarital course designed to help engaged couples build a strong foundation before marriage.

Can I meet with Pastors Ken & Tabatha?

Pastors Ken & Tabatha aren’t available for individual meetings through this website. The best way to learn from them is through their courses, resources, and teachings.

How do I update my email preferences or unsubscribe?

Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can opt out anytime.

What if I have a church or media request?
